Styrene-Butadiene Latex (SBR Latex)
– High binding strength, improves paper glossiness and smoothness, excellent compatibility with coating color, and stable performance on various coaters.
– Applications: Coated papers such as ivory paper, duplex paper, NCR, and light-weight coated paper (LWC).
Styrene-Acrylate Latex (SA Latex)
– Enhances paper glossiness and smoothness, strong anti-yellowing effect, good coating compatibility, and stable runnability on different coaters.
– Applications: Cigarette board, art paper (coated fine paper).
Strengthening Series
Wet Strength Agent
– An eco-friendly product that increases wet tensile strength and reduces paper breakage.
– Applications: Towel paper, cement sack paper, etc.
Dry Strength Agent
– Improves paper properties such as bursting strength, ring crush test, and ply bond, while enhancing fiber retention and drainage.
– Applications: Kraft linerboard, corrugated medium, and core board where higher strength is required.
Sizing Series
AKD Internal Sizing Agent
– Alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) emulsion, forms covalent bonds with fibers and rapidly cures, providing long-lasting water resistance.
– Applications: Cultural paper (writing/printing grades) and some packaging papers.
AKD Surface Sizing Agen
– Alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) emulsion, not only imparts excellent water resistance but also significantly improves surface strength and printability.
– Applications: High-strength corrugated paper and premium cultural paper.
Cationic SAE Surface Sizing Agent
– Styrene-acrylate copolymer, used with alum (aluminum sulfate) to achieve 100% water resistance immediately after production.
– Applications: Kraft board, high-strength corrugated paper, and white board.
Anionic SAE Surface Sizing Agent
– Styrene-acrylate copolymer, compatible with OBA (optical brightening agent), enhances surface strength.
– Applications: High-grade cultural paper.
Retention aid& Flocculant
Retention Aid
– Polyacrylamide (PAM) in liquid or solid form, featuring stable molecular structure, easy dispersion, and fast dissolution. Significantly improves fiber/filler retention without affecting sheet formation.
– Applications: Nearly all paper machine wet-end systems.
Flocculant
– Solid polyacrylamide (PAM) particles, easily soluble, customizable for different applications to reduce suspended solids (SS) and improve sludge dewatering.
– Applications: White water clarification (DAF systems), wastewater treatment, and sludge dewatering in various papermaking stages.
Other Process Chemicals
Defoamer
– Provides efficient foam control in pulping, white water, size press, and coating applications, ensuring stable performance under different operating conditions.
